The Development Committee is charged with the oversight of the development and capital fund raising activities of the Cleveland Rowing Foundation and Rivergate Park.  The Committee and shall develop and recommend policies and procedures to the CRF Board for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and recognizing gifts from donors.
