Theresa Gang, the Cleveland Rowing Foundation Executive Director, was invited to speak at the USRowing Convention held in December in Hartford, CT.  She was featured on the "Business of Rowing" where over 50 Executive Directors and boathouse managers gathered.  Other speakers included Bruce Smith from Community Rowing in Boston and Amanda Krauss from Row New York.  The Rivergate and CRF story was shared with the national rowing community.
