The Finance and Investment Committee has the responsibility for oversight of financial matters and recommending policies to the Board with respect to the Cleveland Rowing Foundation's financial matters.

It shall work with the Treasurer in preparing the annual operating and capital budgets for approval by the Board. The Committee shall monitor budget compliance and financial procedures and review monthly financial reports. The Committee shall also monitor and make recommendations with respect to the Corporation’s investments and the retention of investment managers and consultants in connection with the management of such investments.
