The Governance Committee is responsible for identifying, recruiting and proposing persons who may serve as Directors of the Corporation. Its responsibilities also include the orientation of new Directors, the on-going education of all Directors to enhance their ability to fulfill their responsibilities and assessing the performance of members of the Board.
