SaM, any shell going out on New Year's Day requires a launch to accompany it.  Sean, our maintenance director, has been working on the launches 

since the season ended.  At this point, they are all taken apart and out of the water.    If anyone is in need of a launch for Jan. 1st, please send a note 

to clevelandrowing@gmail.com and copy Sean at crfmaintenance@gmail.com.  Please send a contact name as well as the time of launch and 

recovery.  If the launches are not needed, we don't want to waste precious time preparing them.  Since the USRowing Waiver that CRF requires 

ends Dec 31st, anyone on the water must sign a waiver for 2013 as well.  Waivers will be posted at the boathouse that day.  I will be on vacation 

until January 2nd but will do my best to coordinate requests for a launch.
