REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP:

A reminder that anyone rowing at the facility must be registered with a member organization. An assessment must be paid on their behalf through that organization for the season that they are rowing in. There has to be an organization responsible for those rowing for liability and insurance.

Please speak with me directly if there is any question. Everyone pays $115 per season assessment. Anyone rowing will pay no more than $230.00 per year.
  • Scholastic and Collegiate are based on the school calendar. If they have paid a fall 2010 assessment and a spring 2011 assessment, they do not owe for the summer. If they only paid one assessment, then they owe for the summer.
  • Adult is based on the calendar year. Please speak with WRRA directly if you have a question

Anyone is allowed 1 GUEST ROW. Directions for the guest row can be found at: http://clevelandrows.org/content/line-registration-rowing

Anyone offering private lessons must be on behalf of a member organization. Launches must be reserved at all times for use. To reserve a launch: http://clevelandrows.org/content/facility-equipment-reservations

No private lessons can be given to non members beyond the 1 time guest row.

COACHES WHO ROW:
We welcome any coach who continue and choose to row. The current policy is that the coach must be registered with an organization and the organization must pay for the assesssment on their behalf. This can be set up in the software for any program allowing the individual to pay directly. By registering with the organization, that organization is taking responsibility for the coach (rower). Your organization must approve that these individuals may row under their umbrella. For example, if a school will not cover a coach who is not a currently enrolled student, then you may not row under your organization. You must work with your organization to find out what is permissable. Please have your organization send CRF a letter (on letterhead) indicating if they will cover and allow coaches to row under their umbrella if this is the case. This letter should include what equipment they may use (personal and/or team)

Any organization is welcome to pay the CRF assessment for a coach as a benefit to coaching their program.

Any adult coach can register and row with WRRA as an alternative.

No one may row without having registered and paid the assessment.
