Founded in 1989, St. Ignatius is now the top boys crew in the Midwest, winning the Midwest Scholastic Rowing Championships against crews from 16 other states in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008. In '04, St. Ignatius' junior four won U.S. gold at the Scholastic National Championships. Over 70 boys row for the Wildcat Navy, a varsity sport at St. Ignatius.
