American Rows in Cleveland
(CRF Summer Youth Rowing Program)
Registration will be available in March 2011!
Sponsored by the NEORSD (Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District) the America Rows program is an exciting new alternative to the typical summer-time activity! The America Rows program is available for any 14-18 year old in Northeast Ohio. Novice and Recreational rowers may participate!
Important Dates for 2011:
June 4 - Without any obligation, potential candidates will be allowed to participate in the USRowing and Concept2 National Learn to Row Day hosted in Cleveland. The day will include an orientation, safety briefing and introduction to the sport of rowing.
June 7 - Interested youth and their parents/guardians can attend a summer orientation to learn more about the full summer program, 7pm @ the CRF boathouse.
June 20 - Registration closes after the first day of the program OR when the program is full (whichever comes first)
June 20 to August 11 - The summer program will run Monday through Thursday, 8:00AM to 10:00AM
